I always love a no bake baking recipe as I tend to snack prep in bulk and it’s good to be able to make something whilst I wait on oven space. These granola bars tick every single box in snack bingo!
So these yummy, gluten free, no bake, bars take almost no time to make and can usually be done with things I already have in the pantry. You can tweak them to be vegan and dairy free too!
But if you want to make them really decadent I have tried Cranberries, Dark Chocolate and Macademia Nuts instead of sliced Almonds. I have also added the dreaded brewers yeast and flaxseed to make these BOOBY BARS. . ( which obviously are for mummies only)
